June 15, 2003 -- Andrew S. Rose, Financial Advisor and Attorney at Law announced the opening of his new website "WasteFinance.com" today in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Rose serves over 75 clients in the solid and liquid waste, and related energy and recycling industries. He assists them in structuring a wide range of financings including corporate and non-recourse "project" transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. When appropriate he also assists his corporate clients in the drafting and negotiation of franchise, service or offtake contracts in support of particular projects.

"The website is an effort to keep my clients updated and give potential new clients an idea of what  services I and my financing team members provide", said Mr. Rose. Since 1993, Mr. Rose and the investment banking firm of Westhoff, Cone & Holmstedt of Walnut Creek, California have formed the nucleus of that team and by the end of this, the tenth year of their efforts, they will have completed over $1 billion of environmental financings for over 75 clients in California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Arizona, Texas and other states.
