Mr. Rose has over 25 years experience in assistance to clients in the drafting and negotiation of collection and service agreements and credit facilities for private companies engaged in solid waste collection, recycling, disposal, and renewable energy including biomass, and landfill gas project development. He has represented clients in connection with multiple financial structures ranging from single & multi-lender corporate finance to non-recourse “project finance” facilities. He does not represent governmental entities.
